Peugeot RCZ

New FWD Peugeot sports Coupé....it's based on a 2007 show car. The diesel and gas engined versions go on sale soon. A hybrid 4WD version will be shown in Frankfurt when I'm there in just under 5 weeks (maybe for production, maybe not...)

The production car with the gas engine has the same unit as the MINI Cooper S, which Peugeot builds for themselves and BMW.

I kinda like it! Though the lines remind me of a Mitsubishi Eclipse...

The lines look more like an Audi TT to me. I really like that Peugeot lion logo...it looks tough and royal at the same time.

I had a closer look at the IAA in Frankfurt on the 24th of September.

The RCZ is absolutely stunning in the metal, and the hostesses weren't half bad either.

The second photo is me having a chat with the German hostess while I was sampling the RCZ.

The cars are being built by Magna in Austria.
