Hey everyone!

I'd like to announce our FIRST ANNUAL PureMB BBQ!

We've been hard at work behind the scenes planning this event.

We have our own special executive chef Eddie_Jai cooking for us, with the assistance of his sidekicks; the moderators! Eddie has been working hard to create an excellent menu. Here are some of what will be featured at this event (lots more will be there):

Antipasto
Hummus & Crudite
Chickpea Salad
Marinated Chicken
Burgers, Hot Dogs

Lots and lots of food!

FRS Radio: Channel 11, sub 15

I suggest getting an FRS Radio and tuning into Channel 11, sub 15. Once entering the park, you can use the FRS to call one of us to lead you to the picnic site. Otherwise, there will be a few of us that will be scouting the area to show members the direction to our grounds.

Well I don't think we will be able to make this one, I am working until 4, and there is at least a 1/2 hour drive to the location.....

Wish we could be there, typically I don't work on a Saturday, but I needed to switch off shifts, and I got the day of this great BBQ....

All I can ask if anyone from Sauga is going, and wouldn't mind taking Infamouz with them, and bringing him home, that would be greatly appreciated, I would let him take the car, but he don't have a drivers license as of yet........( we hope on winning the Maybach,,,,lol)

Thanks everyone for coming out and special thanks to all those who helped make our very first PMB BBQ happen!

We couldn't have had all the wonderful food without our head chef Eddie and thank you to IceCube's friends for aiding in the cooking.

Thank you to the PMB girlies who announced all the prizes and distributed the gifts, and of course Discoduck and IceCube for organizing everything.

Hey no big deal... took me 2 tries to find the right park and almost two hours of driving to get there, traffic and constrution on the 401 is nuts... drive back wasn't that bad about 1 hour... on the way back I played see how far you could drive on the empty light... I got back to kitchener with the needle burried past the empty light and the cars computer said 11 km before the reserve was empty. I wanted to drive it till it said 0 to see if the car would still go past that :)

It was nice to see some of the old MBF croud meet new people and check out so many nice cars... it really wasnt an Mercedes meet it was an SLK and AMG meet :o :lol:

I brought the wrong car down. Oh well next time hopefully I have a different benz maybe even an amg. If worse comes to worse I guess I could get an slk... 8-)

u mean the W210? yeah is a E55 and in the 1999 sales booklet they have the same "one man, one engine" slogan also so I assume they are built the same way as the ones now.....also these W210 are the last AMG built normal production cars the whole car is hand built at the AMG factory rather then after 2002 the AMG engines are shipped to the production line of the car.....now only the special edition AMG like the black editions are built at the AMG factory.....but doesnt really matter I love all benz I dont really care where they built it LOL
