yo its cheap for the speed he was going but 500 bucks is still like almost a weeks work for me.

other then my first ticket i ever got when i was young and still learning about the world, i have NEVER! paid full price for any tickets.

for example i got my first parking ticket at York few days ago, it was $40. It has two options, pay with discount in 5 days @20 or $40 after 5 days.

I went straight to the parking services office next day, went to the information booth first, and told the lady straight up " I recieved this ticket in between the time i was leaving my class and going back to get some change and buy more time, and when i got back i had this ticket, so there is no way im paying for this parking ticket, i have been here for a long time, i always either buy parking time or have a parking pass."

she couldn't tell me straight up "oh we can't do anything" because i was confident in my lie, lol, so she went to the ticketing managers. And i got two options to either appeal with letter or pay the difference, which was $10. Seeing how this worked i just payed the $10.

Now i don't pay anything, i went on days i have classes bought time for my car starting 3 hours before my class, ending 3 hours after my class, went home scanned the time slips and i use those now, i just update the day, each time i print one, and with my tints, the tickets look real.LOL

my point, in the system today lazy people get nailed, people who find the time to fight for discount ...win.

I'm one of those people, i'll spend anything for pleasure, but will take a vengance when the system nails me for illegal tax like, speeding tickets, parking fines, or in business, i hate getting ripped off.

i knew a guy who did this, and the same security guard who works the lots will eventually put 2 and 2 together,
people did the same thing at Sheridan, just make their own tickets, and eventually they caught on, and had the "smart a**'s" car towed.

They can't tow my car, i engage the foot break, and lock my stearingwheel turned all the way facing the curb when i leave, and i never park in the same spot twice.lol The only thing i would get again is a useless parking ticket, and then its back to appeal.lol

I've paid, $2000 just in parking in one and half year out of my own pocket, im carefree at spending, but after a while one should realise some things are a complete scam, i go to study there not pay more for parking my car. If that makes me a bad person, so be it, its not like we don't pay more then we need to on other government tax scams.

Out of 30,000 cars, no "parking enforcement" personal is going to get anal on one car, plus if you are in "good terms with people" they don't care.

Back on topic though, i would go that fast too if i had a veyron, and ONLY late at night when there are no cars on the street, i hate it when people try to race in traffic, the more i think of it its becomming dangerous, even if its 2am and there are cars infront i would not drive fast, its risky business.
